the apartment had all amenities we needed. the size of the apartment was great. we appreciated that the location was very safe and also within walking distance from alberts market.
i requested two single beds , but there was only one double bed. there was much noise from the cleaning team who moved the container outside and cleaned shortly after midnight.

the room was very clean. the kitchen has all necessary appliances. it includes a stove, microwave, and refrigerator. the shower room had a large shower. the bed was comfortable.
the windows lacked screens, so some mosquitoes got in.

the apartment was spacious (quite roomy for a city stay). new bedding arrived every day, a very nice touch.

The location IS excellent. I could easily walk to many attractions. the apartment featured a well equipped kitchen, super useful for preparing meals. i found the staff really helpful with directions. the apartment was clean. This. i got fast check-in before the official check-in time, which really worked well for me. i was given a room available on the ground floor!
The stairs were steep. This is important if you have mobility issues.

My room included a large shower room and comfortable beds. This helped me relax. the well equipped kitchen offered plenty of space to cook. i found everything to be super clean.

The reception staff were very helpful. They provided quick service. i was able to leave my luggage in a locked area before my evening flight. they were also multilingual and could answer all my questions.

Restaurants surround the hotel. This provides plenty of choice. coffee and tea service were available. This was a nice touch. i noticed a wide selection of shops nearby.

the location was pretty good. a tram stop was just a few minutes walk from the apartment. check in was simple and quick.
the television needed setup by staff every day just to get reception. this was not good. the window in the living room did not open and the room was hot.
